Garlic Scapes

A seasonal specialty! These are the edible, curly flower stalk of hardneck garlic. They have a mild, fresh garlic flavor. We love using them the same way as we use garlic. To show them off a bit, we love to grill them whole for a few minutes until charred. Also great pickled!
