Nice size purple kohlrabi with beautiful (+delicious) greens. Tastes like a turnip and an apple had a baby when eaten raw. And more like a broccoli stem when cooked.
Eat it raw as a snack or in a salad or slaw. (one time we make a Kohlrabi Caesar with nothing but Kohlrabi matchsticks, caesar dressing, parm, and breadcrumbs...it was really good!)
Eat it roasted or in a soup or stew, maybe even grilled!
